How can our unbeatable e-Twinax Controller uptime be improved?

• You receive a pre-configured Hot Spare on-site e-Twinax Controller that can be swapped for a faulty controller
• If the need ever arises, request an RMA and send the faulty controller back to BOScom for repair
• Replace the Hot Spare with the original controller when it returns

Hot Spare times out if used for more than 30 days. Two new PIDs (4698 and 4898) for the e-Twin@x Controller "Hot Spare" and the e-TwinSt@r "Hot Spare" are available as an add-on to the purchased service contract. The cost is $450/year (first two years payed in advance). The service contract can be renewed annually at the same price of $450/year if the service contract for the controller is also renewed..
